The 2020 Truckee Tahoe Air Show & Family Festival scheduled for Saturday, July 11 is being postponed.

The Air Show Committee is considering a mid-September 2020 date, and a decision will be made by no later than the end of June.

The Air Show Committee along with Airport executives are closely following COVID-19 updates and regulations/orders from local, State and Federal leaders in addition to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) www.cdc.gov. If the Air Show is rescheduled for September, COVID-19 health and safety regulations and mitigations mandated by local, State, and Federal officials will be adopted and followed.

“The safety of our community, volunteers, air show performers and participants has always been our first concern and priority,” notes Air Show Executive Director, Tim LoDolce. “Although we want to give our community a free event to look forward to this year, we need to see when, or if, a time will be right for 2020.”

Please periodically check the Air Show website and Facebook page for updates.
